ITS ON... The 15th July 2012 will be the first running of the WCC Autotest. This event is designed for everyone to get involved in a non competitive test track day, giving you the opportunity to test you car and improve on your slow-medium speed car handling skills and generally have some fun. This is also a great opportunity for anyone who has not yet registered their car to give the car a shakedown in a controlled (and legal) environment.
Where: The event will be held on the Driver Training Track at lakeside. this is the smaller track no the northern side which you often see mini bike and go karts running around.
Cost: $75 per person for the day and you will need a AASA license. If you don't already have a AASA license this is available for $55 per year or $20 for one day license. Multiple entries per car can be accepted however each driver will need to pay the entry fee. BBQ lunch will be provided by the club. All cars type will be permitted. (cheaper than a day out go karting). Positions are limited to 35 drivers so please get your forms in asap.

If you do not have a AASA license, please complete the application form and return as above. It is important this is completed prior to the event to ensure we have minimal paperwork to complete on the morning of the event.
As this is a non competitive event there will be no timing and given the relatively low speeds, helmet or harness is not required however we do always recommend safety first. If you are seen to be driving irresponsibly you will be given a warning, if this persist the organisers reserve the right to exclude you for participating further.
Will are also looking for volunteers to assist with Track Setup, Flag Marshals (Start Line) and the BBQ lunch. If you are interested please let Damian know.
